Kwik Media was founded by Ryan Weyer in 2023 to help provide a valuable one top shop for businesses both big and small. The main focus of Kwik is to help businesses bring their dreams and visions into reality. Kwik does this by creating a brand, website, graphics, and apparel to effectively craft your unique story!
These key elements are commonly needed and very crucial to any business’s success. However, these key elements are overlooked by many businesses. Who is Ryan Weyer?
Ryan has a wealth of experience in the business world as he grew up around the Weyer family who has been very successful in multiple small business areas. Ryan was constantly around Weyer & Sons Heating and Cooling as he grew up and he learned about all of the components that make a business operate and work. Ryan enjoys using his hands and being mechanical, however he found he has a passion for digital marketing.
After graduating High School at Hartford Union High School and working full time for Weyer & Sons for multiple years working as a Marketing Specialist he realized this was something he wanted to become more educated in. Ryan had great experiences working with other Marketing Agencies who helped Ryan recreate the Weyer & Sons Website.
Ryan had an opportunity to attend college and he decided to take it and pursue a degree at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Ryan learned an incredible amount and earned a degree in Marketing along with two certificates in Digital Marketing & Innovation and Entrepreneurship!
While Ryan was working toward his degree he secured an internship at a fortune 500 company called Oshkosh Corporation. Ryan worked as a Digital Technology Intern where he helped the other segments (Pierce, JLG, McNeilus, Defense, Pratt & Miller, IMT, etc.) of Oshkosh Corporation by communicating the various Technology that was available to them to better enhance the entire organisation as a whole. Most of this work was mainly internal and not able to be viewed by the public but Ryan was able to make a difference at Oshkosh Corporation.
Ryan helped introduce a brand new form of communication to the Digital Technology team to better connect with the over 15,000 team members that are spread across the world. Ryan revamped the Digital Technology teams website to better showcase their technology that they can offer the other segments of their business along with the services they offer. He even successfully had the opportunity to lead the entire Digital Technology Marketing team during the Quarter 3 of 2021.
Ryan really enjoyed his time at Oshkosh Corporation and was thrilled that he could make such a difference as a Intern and it helped him really get ahead in his career.
Raw Motorsports LLC
Ryan Weyer is not only the founder of Kwik Media but also Raw Motorsports LLC. Since the beginning Ryan always loved auto racing and wanted to see how far he could go with it. He started his career in Karting and raced the best in the business and even future Indycar and NASCAR drivers like David Malukas & Sam Mayer. He had the opportunity to travel the US in a professional Karting series and showed that he had the speed.
Unfortunately talent is only one part of racing as you also need great partners or sponsors to continue professionally. He made the transition to cars and with a new goal of becoming a very diverse asphalt racer. Ryan has been working on being a flexible Asphalt racer so he can hop into any racecar and have the skills to perform at the highest level.
Ryan has developed his race craft and has experience on many iconic road courses and short tracks throughout the US. He has driven INEX Legned cars, SCCA Spec Mazda Miata’s, Late Models, and has won races in every type of car or Kart he has driven. Ryan is currently working on building Raw Motorsports LLC’s brand and is working on growing his small team. He has proven his skills on road courses and is currently looking forward to improving his short track skills. Ryan continues to grow and prove himself as a respectable hard charging racer.
